Demo build. Any email works, sample data only, no real money. Reviewing? Try both: sign in as a customer, then log out and sign in as a merchant.
What a customer sees: wallet, payment rules and payments.
What a café, restaurant, hotel or laundry sees, on the Android phone they already own. No card terminal, no bank card network.
Ask about your wallet, or tell it how you want to pay. It turns that into a draft rule you confirm.
It never moves money. The authorization engine checks your rules on every payment: app, card, sticker or glasses.
Checking whether Claude is available…
Enter an amount to see how the engine scores it.
Time and distance are simulated here so you can test the model; in the app they come from the phone’s clock and GPS. Weights and thresholds live in a config file, not in code, and every decision is logged with its inputs — that log is the training data a learned model will later replace these hand-set weights with.
Every payment is scored before it is authorized. The engine reads five signals — how the amount compares with your 30-day average, how much of your daily limit you have used, the time of day, whether the merchant is verified, and how far you are from the merchant — turns each into a number between 0 and 1, multiplies it by its weight and adds them up. Below 0.30 the payment is approved automatically; from 0.30 to 0.70 it is approved but flagged for review; above 0.70 it is held for a manual check. Whether the card has enough balance is a separate check and never changes the risk score.
This is Seren Pay's cold-start design: the weights and thresholds live in a config file rather than in code, and every decision is logged together with its inputs. That log becomes training data, so the same pipeline — signals in, weights, score, decision out — can later run on weights learned from real transactions instead of hand-set ones.
In this interactive demo the wallet, cards and ledger are sample data held in this browser tab, and the scoring runs in the page itself. The production backend (see backend/) has to run the same model behind its authorization API; settlement in a MiCA-regulated euro stablecoin via Circle / Bridge and identity verification are later build milestones.
Simulated bank transfer — adds demo EURC instantly.
Creates a new sub-wallet under your main balance, funded on its own.
Simulated lens display. The glasses read the merchant's QR code and you confirm with a tap on the frame. Glasses can only pay inside a rule you created on your phone.
